Meet Cory

Mosaic PAC Founder Cory Allen Headshot. He is smiling, wearing glasses and a plaid suit jacket with a white shirt, standing outdoors with greenery in the background.

Cory Allen brings nearly two decades of experience in political strategy, campaign management, and candidate development. Their extensive background includes working directly with city council members and California state legislators, as well as leading numerous successful campaigns across Southern California.

Cory's notable campaign leadership includes electing Sepi Shyne, the first openly LGBTQ Iranian elected official worldwide, and Mary Zendejas, the first woman in a wheelchair to hold public office in California.

Specializing in campaign strategy, communications, mail/digital, and field operations, Cory founded Mosaic PAC to support first-time candidates, LGBTQ+ candidates, candidates with disabilities, and women of color, ensuring diverse and inclusive representation in government.

Cory's goal is straightforward: win elections, empower communities, and drive lasting progressive change.

Outside of politics, Cory serves as President of the Long Beach Imperial Court, the longest-running LGBTQ organization in the area, and as a Board Member for the International City Theatre.
